Normal mortality rate estimates there are 300-350 trees per acre today estimating approximately 11,000 trees that if maintained correctly could yield a tremendous return upon harvest. During visits, one could invest time in pruning and fertilization, in addition to the outdoor recreation this property has to offer, and would be perfect for someone who has the time and energy to maintain the tree farm.
Land:
Land is level coming off the road but slightly grades downhill. You can drive around the entire tree farm as there are wide lanes separating the hedgerows from the Black Walnut Trees. Hunting/ Fishing:
