All Timbered Tract Surrounded By Agriculture

This property is all timbered, sitting back along a 30’ wide lane. You will enter the timber on a gravel driveway and pull up to a little cabin overlooking the small pond. The timber is mostly hardwood oak, hickory and some immature walnut in spots. The area is full of wildlife; when the crops come off in the fall, this place will fill up with deer. The timber could be harvested in certain spots to create some thicker bedding, in my opinion. The waterhole on the property is a magnet right now with the dry summer/fall we have had.
