26 acre hunting paradise in Lee County, KY

Your hunting paradise has arrived! This 26 acre beauty has a stream to attract wildlife and is surrounded by even more secluded land. It is not prone to flooding and although it is steep in areas, there are flat areas should you choose to build your hunting lodge. It was select cut 3 years ago but you can see from the recent pictures, that there is still plenty of coverage. There are no restrictions, and utilities are available at HWY 587 and Ross Lane, which is the entrance to access your parcel. A survey is not available for this parcel. Owner financing available with $15,000 down.
