The 25 Ranch is comprised of several ranch units scattered throughout the 25 Ranch fee lands, consisting of Izzenhood Ranch, Blossom Ranch, Rock Creek Ranch, St. Johns Ranch, Stampede Ranch, Feed Lot, River Ranch, DL Ranch, and the Wire Corral Camp, all of which are integral parts of the ranching operation. The Ranch also has an abundance of certificated, adjudicated and vested water rights and are sufficient to water livestock in excess of 15,000 head throughout the year, during the applicable grazing season on the lands where such water is located. The Ranch also provides opportunities for big Game, and Upland bird hunting throughout the property. All Water rights and 50% of all owned Oil & Gas will convey with an acceptable offer.
