Patterson Creek Ranch

This is an awesome ranch on spring fed Patterson Creek in Lampasas County. This stretch of Patterson Creek has a concrete dam with multiple springs feeding it, creating a long, crystal-clear hole of water stocked with fish and great for swimming and kayaking. The tract is the old homestead of the original Arnold Ranch. The barn that was built in the late 1800s has been well-preserved and maintained and would make a great event venue or restoration project. The rock chimney and original water cistern are still standing in a grove of massive Live Oak trees. This ranch offers good hunting, some improved grass pasture for grazing livestock, and multiple building sites with great views and nice Live Oak trees.
