LAND/VEGETATION /HUNTING/WILDLIFE:

For the past 20+ years , the ranch has been primarily used by current owners' friends and family for hunting purposes. The ranch is meticulously managed with protein fed year round, and offers new ownership a turn key hunting operation for native species including deer, quail, dove, turkey, hogs and various varmints and predatory species. The ranch has great native south Texas brush diversity with high protein vegetation to support antler development and the overall health of native wildlife.
