A year-round creek runs through the east side of the property in addition to two other seasonal creeks in the center and western side of the property. The far eastern side of the property is all timber, and if you look at the aerial view, you’ll see this side of the farm is a natural funnel connecting the timber to the north and south. The property has excellent connecting habitat all along the southern border in addition to the eastern and western sides of the farm.
