The great thing about these two locations is they are both easily accessible with minimal intrusion, allowing you to hunt them more consistently while still putting very little pressure on the deer. What makes this particular area even better is all the timber in the center of the farm funnels down into one saddle creating one the best pinch points I’ve seen in a long time. Keep heading east, and you will find a long tillable field running the length of the property from north to south. Just east of this field are three smaller hay fields. In the corner of the southeast hay field is another great plot location with great bedding cover to the east and south. A year-round creek runs through the east side of the property in addition to two other seasonal creeks in the center and western side of the property. The far eastern side of the property is all timber, and if you look at the aerial view, you’ll see this side of the farm is a natural funnel connecting the timber to the north and south. The property has excellent connecting habitat all along the southern border in addition to the eastern and western sides of the farm.
