Tract #2: 40 +/- acres (this land has a water well w/ solar pump) located South of Hwy 51 legally described as Surface rights only to Lots Five (5), and Seven (7) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Nineteen (19) North, Range Nine (9) W.I.M., lying south of Hwy 51 (pre-2004) and less and except that portion thereof previously conveyed for use as a highway.
