Location: This 116 acre cotton farm is located in the southwestern portion of Jones County. It is approximately 25 miles northwest of Abilene on the east side of FM 126.

Acreage: 116+/- acres, all in cultivation.

Water: This is a dry-land farm. There may be underground water available but it is not expected to be sufficient to irrigate.

FSA Program: The property is eligible to receive any qualified FSA programs if available.

Topography: Property is Level to nearly level. The soils are mostly Abilene Clay Loam which is one of the most productive soils in the county. These soils are capable of growing all locally grown crops. For a soil map, please click here.
