There is a smaller set of steel pens on the west side of the ranch also.  Hay/equipment storage is there in the form of a barn and shop.  The modest ranch house features three bedrooms and two baths, with about 2000 square feet of living space with CH/A.  The rooms are good size, and there is a covered porch across the front of the house.    The ranch is far enough away from large cities for quiet living with paved roads to take you in different directions.  There are livestock sale barns at nearby Holdenville, McAlester, and Okmulgee.  These towns also provide grocery stores, hardware and building supplies, veterinarian and farm supplies.  The Oklahoma City Stockyards is about 1 hour 45 minutes from the ranch and Tulsa Stockyards are about 1.5 hours away. 

Even though this is first and foremost a cattle ranch, there are hunting opportunities available also.  Whitetail deer, turkey, Dove, and squirrels can be found on the ranch.  As well as being productive, this ranch is also pleasing to the eye with gently rolling pastures, numerous ponds, and views of Oklahoma foothills in the distance, giving you magnificent sunrises and sunsets.  Beautiful Eufaula Lake is less than an hour away, offering many water sports such as fishing, skiing, swimming, along with dining, and a family water park and other activities.
