The farm has 74 acres of native pasture that was used for cattle and horses throughout the summer and winter time. The hunting in this area can be really good when adequate feed and management practices are implemented. There is a good tank that has a good catch during wet weather, there is also an older windmill and concrete casing that has a good amount of water that would be ideal for putting a solar pump in for livestock and wildlife. The farm also has a trap with corrals and pens that could be used for sorting or working cattle.

Water:

There are two windmills and one electric well in place on the property. The windmills are going to need to be repaired or replaced with solar pumps, the main well that is next to the cattle pens was used previously to supply livestock water and in the past was used as water supply for the original homestead.

Minerals:

Surface minerals-Wind water and solar only.

No oil/gas minerals convey.

Farm Lease details:

The cultivation and pasture are leased on a share crop lease basis, with two local farmers.
