BT Farm

The BT Farm would make a fantastic stock farm, combination row crop and hay farm, or excellent migratory game, bird hunting spot. Soils are suitable for cotton, wheat, or coastal hay production. Being located just south of playa lakes such as Russell Lake and Hester Lake, dove and sandhill crane hunting should be off the charts!

Location:The farm is located about six miles northwest of Haskell, 60 miles northwest of Abilene, or 165 miles east of Fort Worth.

Acreage:320 acres with about half being cultivated acres and half in coastal .

Topography:The farm is fairly level, but does have a little slope in areas. Water is diverted off the farm by use of a waterway.

Rainfall/Elevation:According to the Texas Almanac, Haskell County has an average rainfall of 24.14 inches per year, with an average growing season of 232 days.
