DIRECTIONS: From the intersection of Highway 22 and FM 219 on the west side of Cranfills Gap, go south 0.7 miles on FM 219 to Bosque County Road No. 4200. Turn right on CR 4200. In 0.2 miles road changes to Hamilton County Road No. 309. Continue 4.2 miles on CR 309 to ranch on south side of road.

MINERALS: 25% of owned minerals will convey along with executive leasing rights. Currently the minerals are not leased and there is no production on the ranch.
ELECTRICITY: United Cooperative Services provides electrical service to the area, with existing lines along CR 309 to the west.
