Five miles south of Sunset Acres is the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park located on the banks of the historic Suwannee River. The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park is a one-of-a-kind music park and premier campground nestled on the shady banks of the historic, tea-colored Suwannee River in North Florida. At Sunset Acres you will find five and ten acre parcels. The properties are mostly cleared with a few trees on some of the parcels. Each property has ample paved road frontage and electricity is available to the front of each lot. There is no requirement or timetable to build.
