Brice Area Farm Portfolio

1,358 acres, more or less, a combination of irrigated, dryland and native pasture located in three separate farms; two in Hall County and one in Briscoe County, all being sold as a package. Please note, all acreages are approximate. The Brice north farm (Tract 1) on County Road C, with 538 acres consists of 395 acres dryland and 143 acres of native grass pasture with Brushy Creek running down the middle of it. The Brice south farm (Tract 2) at County Road D, with 500 acres contains 380 acres irrigated farmland and 120 acres dryland. (120 acres of the irrigated land was just sowed in Alfalfa on 9/30/2022).
