1. Green parcel is 20 acres. If this parcel becomes available, it will be priced at $1,475,000
2. Yellow parcel is 19 acres (excluding 1 acre private residence). If this parcel becomes available, price will be negotiated at
the conclusion of the litigation.
3. There is a 1 acre residence within the large yellow parcel that is not part of whatever tracts which may become available; it
has a deeded access road along the closest property line.
The property has always been farmland. There are two structures on the property depicted above.

The property address for the above tract is 1331 Jones Mill Road, 1335 Jones Mill Road, and a 5.153 acre parcel surrounding the 1 acre 1335 Jones Mill Road structure.
The property is presently zoned R-S.
Water and gas are to the site and sewer is within approximately 60-100 feet of property line on the green parcel.
This property is not available for a site visit until conclusion of the pending litigation.
