Clegg Creek Tract The Clegg Creek tract is located south of Highway 190 and west of Burkett Road. The timber on the tract consists of a 17 acre heavily stocked stand of mature pine sawtimber and the remaining 3 acres consists of mixed hardwood timber along tributaries of Clegg Creek. The mature pine sawtimber stand has high quality pine sawtimber with an average diameter of 15.3 and good height with great potential for poles.
