Antelope Creek contains an important population of Colorado River cutthroat trout, a State Species of concern. Genetic samples taken from this population have revealed these are genetically unaltered. This is one of only a few streams in the area containing a cutthroat population with this level of genetic purity.

The population density of the deer and elk in the area is very high. When we first toured the property, we seen several groups of mule deer, and a couple herds of elk. It also has a building site set up with sewer and a water source available. The 5 acre lake is on this tract. The 1,190 acre tract has a 2 bedroom, loft, and 1 bathroom cabin, with a shop/barn.
