The bank took the property back, and the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission issued a letter to the bank that the commercial hunting resort permit would not be renewed, ever. But, the high fence remains. The fence surrounds the entire property, and is in great condition. The property has two entrances, and each has a very tall, heavy gate that remains locked at all times.
