Unique Recreation Retreat in Southwest Kansas

Located just south of Dodge City, Kansas sits a true oasis unlike any other in the southwest portion of the state. The 161-acre property is comprised of 80.0 class-II tillable acres worth of expired CRP boasting an excellent stand of native grasses. These acres could either be re-enrolled to CRP or put into crop production. The hard work was done over thirty years ago when nearly 2,700 yards worth of shelterbelts were planted on the property. The mature cedar, hedge, and plum thickets provide additional cover, food, and seclusion for all wildlife species.
