FENCES: The perimeter of the ranch is fenced except for the canyon areas which act as a natural boundary.
UTILITIES: Electricity is in place. Water is supplied by one of two water wells on the ranch and a state of the art water harvesting system installed on the house.
COVER: Cover includes mesquite, cedar, hackberry, and several different types of browse plants and shrubs. In the bottom are quite a few large pecan trees which is a pretty special bonus!
WATER: Water for the house is supplied by a state of the art water catchment system. This water is as pure as any you will taste!
