This 142 acre recreational hunting ranch is located approximately 30 miles southwest of Rocksprings with all-weather access off of Highway 377. Del Rio and Lake Amistad are about an hour to the south.

There is a one-bedroom cabin with full kitchen and living room offering gorgeous views of the surrounding Hill Country. Additionally, there is a storage container, septic tank, and the cabin is fully wired for electricity. Next to the cabin is an 800 foot deep electric well and a 1000 gallon water storage tank and there are two water troughs on the ranch.
