This great recreational lot gives you a convenient place to camp while enjoying the spectacular natural wonders of the surrounding area. You can also use this property for storage. Cove Acres is right next to U.S. Highway 40, the major east-west road in the area. The land is fairly flat and covered in light brush. You can camp or RV on the property while visiting the area but you are not allowed to live in an RV on the property. The rule is that you can stay for 30 days and then would have to leave and come back at a later time. If you want to RV, you will probably need to grade in along the road easements for easier access.
