From Dickens, travel approximately 4.5 miles east to FM 265, then north approximately 4.25 miles to FM 2470. The ranch is located 3 miles east of FM 265 on the north side of FM 2470 and Dickens County Road 244. The entrance gate is located where FM 2470 terminates and becomes County Road 244. Approximately mile of the south boundary is paved road frontage and mile is gravel road frontage.
