This working cattle ranch sustains a year-round cow/calf operation, with feedlot pens to background 950 head of cattle. Along with the native pastures, the current owners have used the three center pivots for forage crops over the last seven years providing winter forage. The ranch is well-watered throughout all pastures with seven tanks on pipelines and wells with submersible pumps. Cross-fencing is in excellent shape with the majority of it new four-wire barbed wire.

Tract 1 of this ranch offers 1,468 +/- acres consisting of 1,279 +/- grass acres, and 92.56 irrigated acres under a 2008 Reinke 8 tower wiper pivot with 133.24 certified irrigated acres with majority soil types of Tripp silt loam, 0 to 1 percent slopes and Alliance silt loam, 1 to 3 percent slopes. The headquarters includes a beautiful 3,360 square foot home with a 625 square foot heated attached garage, 40x60 insulated shop, calving barn, and vet shed for working cattle.
Accompanying the headquarters are eight lots set up for backgrounding up to 950 head of cattle with excellent working facilities and dual loadout chutes for semis and ground load trailers.
