This is a beautiful piece of property that is very secluded. One of the biggest assets, to the land, is a beautiful rock bottom creek that runs through part of the ranch. This is a rock bottom creek that has some great swimming holes. The creek runs most of the year and typically has several nice holes of water (this information is based upon a normal year with normal rainfall.). There is also one year round stock tank located on the property. The property is fenced and divided into two pastures. There is also a solar power water well located in the creek pasture. In some of the bottom land, there has been some Kline grass planted for added value to those who intend to run livestock. The land in general has good elevation change and offers some great views. The property is ag exempt.
