From Hamilton, take Hwy 36 west approximately 8 miles, turn right on CR 106, go about 2 miles and turn left (at "T" in the road) on CR 105, which immediately turns into CR 396 as you enter Comanche County, follow this road approximately 3 to 4 miles and when CR takes a 90 degree turn to the left, property is on the right.
From Hico, take Hwy 281 south about one mile, turn right on FM 1744 (toward Carlton), go about 8 miles and stay straight through Carlton by staying south on FM 1744, go about 1 miles south of Carlton and vier right on CR 127 (which shortly turns into CR 396 as you enter Comanche Co), go about 2 miles and when the CR makes a 90 degree turn to the right, the property sits on the left.
