This listing is a Natural Gas Pipeline and Storage Facility. The structure has approximately 14 miles of 12 pipeline that starts near the SR59/SR36 junction and is within 1 mile of the Rex pipeline. The station has storage wells and pipeline heaters in place, all less than 20 years old. This pipeline would provide a feed to the north of Brazil, which could be used for Brazil and Greencastle. It would also allow for gas to be ran around Raccoon Lake Reservoir. This line ties into the Pan Handle Eastern pipeline at the 36/59 junction. It is just a mile South of the Rocky Mountain Express Line and could be tied into that in the future. The storage field and wells are on 36 acres at the southern end of pipeline in Brazil, Indiana. We have all maintenance and test records for pipeline. The Pipeline currently contains natural gas. All pipeline heaters and equipment are in place.
