A great opportunity to purchase an established poultry operation. This is an established poultry breeder operation located on five acres with a 625' by 44' poultry house constructed in 2004. The egg collection room measures 25' by 40' and houses the work area, walk-in egg cooler, Chore Tronics model 32 controller, Hired-Hand Alert Alarm III and CM500 Curtain Minder. The interior of the poultry house contains an insulated ceiling, curtain sidewalls, feed pans, lighting, bedding, tunnel ventilation (tunnel fans on the west side and cool cells on the east side) chain feeding system, single-hole laying nests and egg belt system. The south side has three feed bins and a 50 Kw Baldor generator. There is a contract in place with an integrator that will transfer with the new owner.
