There is room for 6 all weather paddocks that come off each stall space; each has an 8 X 12 lean-to with rubber matting that is not included in the overall barn size. Each stall has an individual watering system. The watering system was meticulously planned to avoid freezing pipes in the winter and set up for easy draining.
There is a hot/cold wash rack, 12X12 enclosed tack room with a locking door and has additional storage space above. Next to the wash rack is the 8 X 12 feed-room with a door. Next to that space is a 12 X 16 concrete floored workshop.
Connected to the barn within the overall size is a separate 8 X 24 area, which has its own door currently used as the shop/storage area with a garden storage area.
Outdoor Arena
The outdoor all weather arena is 66 X 120 with highway cloth and sand footing; the french drain allows the use of the arena year round. It has also been lined with lights to give the ability to ride into the evening.
There is a separate 60 space with sand footing ready to make as your round pen.
