South Sierra Madre Mountain Property

The South Sierra Madre Mountain Property is comprised of 132 +/- deeded acres located on the south side of Highway 70 east of Encampment, WY and is bordered by Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest and Bureau of Land Management Land. Tenant Creek and the North Fork of the Encampment River both run through the property and provide year-round live water on the property. This mountain acreage is accessed via an established approach off of the highway and off of Forest Service Road 550 near the Bottle Creek Campground. It's extremely well-located land with excellent hunting and recreation opportunities and Highway 70 is open year-round to the property. The property could also be developed for cabin sites with both open parks and dense timber.
