From Durant, Calera or Colbert on HWY 75 go east to Hwy 78 then south and the Hwy turns east south of Achille towards Yuba, The ranch is on north side of Hot 78 just east of Sheco Rd intersection From Texas talks 75 to Denison then east on FM 12 to Carpenter's Bluff and cross Red River the turn east at Hendrix on Kemp Rd then north on Peanut Trails to Hwy 78 then turn east on 78 to the ranch.
