Skaggs Farm

640 acre cultivated dry-land farm located in southern Briscoe County, located approximately 5 miles southeast of Silverton. This farm has access from CR I to the north, CR 16 to the west and FM 2464 to the east, and is roughly two miles south of Highway 86. In recent years, this farm has been planted in milo, cotton and wheat. Power lines run along the eastern and southern boundaries of the property, as well as along the western boundary on the southern end of the section, along CR 16. This farm is mostly level, to slightly sloping towards the southeast. There are neighboring irrigated farms to the south and west.
