History:

The property has been leased out for grazing to the same tenant for many years. About 218 acres of the property are enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program, which is set to expire in September of 2020.

The perimeter of the property is mostly fenced. There is an old homestead on the property, including an old home, garage, and barn. A set of pipe pens are also located at the homestead.

This property is located in southeastern Briscoe County.

Access:

The property can be accessed by Highway 256 along the northern boundary of the ranch and County Road 22, which runs along the west side of the property.
