To get to this property youll leave Highway 118 and traverse a few different roads. About 1/3 of the distance (from Highway 118) is on a paved road and the rest of the route is on gravel roads that are maintained by the Property Owners Association. Here are directions to the property:

From the intersection of Highway 118 and Terlingua Ranch Road, head East on Terlingua Ranch Road for roughly 8.52 miles.

Turning Northeast (left) at the intersection of Terlingua Ranch Road and Cedar Springs Road, continue for roughly 10.6 miles until you reach a wet weather creek crossing.

After crossing the creek bed, continue traveling Northeast for about 3 more miles until you reach the mountainous ridge line that is situated to the West of the property.

Once you reach the top of the ridge line, youll make your way back to the Southeast for around 2.46 miles where youll enter into the valley that the property is in.

Once in the valley, continue on for about 2.63 more miles to the North until you get to the property.
