Wildlife: Deer! We have observed LOTS of whitetail deer on the property. Game cameras have revealed plenty of deer and wild hogs, as well as other critters native to this area.
Taxes: The McClure River Ranch carries a current Agriculture valuation. Taxes in 2018 were $215.17.

Access: Easy one here. Just pull in the gate off paved RR165.
Location: About 6 miles east of Blanco, Texas on RR 165. And 10 or 11 miles south of Henly. As a crow flies Austin is 36 miles, San Antonio is 48, New Braunfels is 30, and Fredericksburg is about 34 miles. It just doesn't get much more convenient than that!
