Directions
Take Highway 44 off US Highway 165. The Highway 44 turn is 8.3 miles south of DeWitt and 2.6 miles north of Gillett. Take Highway 44 for 5.4 miles through Tichnor and then go straight onto The Tichnor Blacktop Road toward Lake Merrisach for 8.7 miles and cross the Lock & Dam across the Arkansas Post Canal. Once across the bridge, turn right onto Wilbur Mills Road and travel 5 miles and the property is on the left.
